Systec's Sheet Delivery System (SDS)

Systec's Sheet Delivery System (SDS), unlike other bottom sheet inserts available, is a powered feed system. Systec's SDS system can lock-on and power feed a deck sheet at the operator's control station. This allows the operator to pre-determine the amount fo overhang as the load is placed on the deck sheet. With the automated control system, as the load approaches the deck sheet the powered delivery is speed synchronized for a positive, smooth load transfer and placement on the deck sheet(s).

The SDS system can be located at any location within the material handling system, where bottom sheet insertion is required.
